  • We cater a wide variety of corporate and private events, including, brand activations, conferences, meetings, employee appreciation, showers, graduations, weddings, and receptions. If youā€™re hosting an event and want something memorable, weā€™re happy to serve it!

  • We are based in Carver County, Minnesota and serve the surrounding Twin Cities metro area. Travel outside our standard service area may be available for an additional feeā€”just ask!

  • Our menu includes espresso based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, etc.). We work with you to create a menu that fits your event, theme, and guests. Customization is our specialty. We love creating signature drinks, themed menus, and personalized drink names to make your event extra special. Non-coffee beverages can be available if needed.

  • Booking is simple:

    3. We connect via phone or email to finalize details.

  • We create a custom quote based on your guest count, service time, menu selection, and event needs. Our pricing reflects more than just drinks - it includes professional service, premium ingredients, custom menu planning, full setup and cleanup, and a memorable experience your guests will love.

  • We need at least a 6ā€² by 5ā€² space for room for the cart and baristas. We need one dedicated 20-amp circuit.

    Weā€™ll confirm all logistics ahead of time.

  • We typically need about 45 minutes for both setup and tear down. This allows us to fully prepare our espresso bar, equipment, and custom menu items so your event runs smoothly and to ensure everything is safely packed up afterward.

  • Yes. The Custom Cup operates in compliance with local health regulations and carries the appropriate licensing and insurance for mobile beverage service in Minnesota.

  • We get our beans from a local roaster called Specialty Java. We brew the Espresso Organico.

    Roasted in the Italian espresso tradition, our Espresso Organico blend consists of 4 different single origin coffees. One is a Fair Trade Certified organically grown coffee from Central America. We combine this with an organically grown African and 2 diverse organically grown South American beans to create this complex and yes, knock your socks off espresso. The rich, thick, crema is second to none.
